A group of (unsuspecting) employees are facilitated through the process of writing, recording and singing a song in a recording studio in Devonport or conference venue.  

The day begins with abject terror and ends with euphoria as the team's song is played - mixed, completed and loud.  This is their song and an indelible record of their creative efforts.
